This costume was easily thrown together with the except of a few harder accessories. The collar was based on other collars I saw pictures of online. It's made from wire and beads. While not extremely difficult, per se, it was very time-consuming. The headband is also wire with a few jewels. The wire was randomly wound around itself to create an asymmetrical design, then soldered together. The wig came mostly as it is with just a few cuts here and there and a lot of hairspray to achieve that LOL-1992 hairstyle.
