I used a red pre-sequined fabric for the bra and shorts for this cosplay. I bought a bra in a similar shape then covered it with the fabric. I then hand glued the white jewels onto it. I drafted a high waisted shorts patten for this cosplay as well but ended up having to wear some black shorts underneath because the sequined fabric was quite see thru. I sewed the garter straps onto the shorts and covered them with red duct tape. The thigh highs were made using a red lame fabric. There wasn't a shot in the video that showed what kind of shoes Katy was wearing with this outfit so I decided to make them as boot covers. The wig was found at a local wig store. I had to cut in the bangs and do some light styling. I used regular ready whip cans painted white. Using red duct tape I added the stripes. I used rare earth magnets to attach them to the bra but unfortunately they drooped quite alot so I ended up carrying them around.
