The skirt and shoes were thrift store finds. I shortened the skirt, added suspenders, cut the fingers off some red gloves and wore a giant white sports bra. The leather gauntlets and metal arm band were made by a friend. The arm band is real metal hammered into a turtle shell shape. I guess I should have warned Preston that cons don't allow sharp objects because he made the piece with real metal spikes. Its a fun costume to wear as long as you don't elbow any small children in the face.
I also made the Yuffie and Cait Sith costumes. Again, most everything was a last minute thrift store find or slightly modified from something we already had on hand. The Yuffie armor and shuriken are also made by Preston. It was a fun time running away from the rent-a-cop as he kept trying to take the shuriken away from us. Its made of pure iron and weighs a ton!
